Scheduling an Event:
We've made it easy to request a cart at your local event just fill out the form below and submit your request. A catering coordinator will follow-up with you within 48 hours to discuss availability, pricing and restrictions.
Service Area:
We service a 10 mile radius of our Robinson Township location.
Arrival Time:
Our bicycle will arrive 15-60 minutes prior to the event depending on your needs and set-up requirements.
Minimums and pricing:
We will waive $175 of equipment fees for your next event (subject to minimum $500 taxable event fees) if the order is placed within 7 days of receipt of quote. Please note: Scoops mobile ice cream cart is only available for events with 50 or more contracted servings. There is a non- refundable deposit at time of order for the equipment fee of $175.00.
Are credit cards accepted?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
How long will the cart be at my event:
The cart be serving at your event for a total of 2 hour. We need approximately 30 50 40 minutes to set up and need to have access to a minimum of 36” door and ramp to be able to access the event space.
Is power or water needed:
Power is not needed for the cart, the cart is supplied with dry ice which keeps the ice cream at the perfect temperature for about 5 hours, we will need to know if there is a water source available onsite or if we need to bring our own. We only need water to be able to rinse out the ice cream scooper.
Details:
Each Ice cream cart holds up to 5 different flavors of our hard packed ice cream. We will come equipped with all utensils, napkins and a professional ice cream scooper to handle all of the set up and scooping.
Single Scoops: $4.25
Double Scoops: $5.50
These come either in a cup of cake or sugar cone. Waffle, or specialty cones and toppings can be purchased for and additional charge.
Includes one scoop and choice of two toppings and whipped cream: $6.00
Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich: $4.99
